Lindsay Peters has over 10 years of experience in festival management and film development. She is currently the Industry Producer for the St John's International Women's Film Festival, as well as the Director of The Genre Film Lab for Women in Film & Television - Vancouver. 

Previously Lindsay served as the Executive Director of Frontières for six years, where she brokered a major partnership with the Marché du Film - Festival de Cannes, creating the Frontières Finance & Packaging Forum and the Frontières Platform in Cannes, in addition to running the Frontières market at the Fantasia International Film Festival. She is on the advisory board of the Overlook Film Festival, and has been a mentor & selection committee member for the Film Agency for Wales, the Nordisk Film & TV Fond and AMC Networks - Shudder Labs
