Speed Meetings are a fantastic way to connect one-on-one with leading film agents, buyers, distributors, financiers and co-producers from around the world who can help take your film project to the next stage.
Meetings are specifically designed to be seven (7)-minute time slots, with a three (3)-minute transition time between meetings.
Attendees who secured spots in advance need to check-in for the session at least 10 minutes before your meeting start time by clicking the "Join Session" button on the session page in your BANFFXchange agenda, or via your BANFFXchange calendar. If you’re late, your spot will be given away to an attendee on standby.
Attendees who signed up for standby should check in at the session room (Zoom link in the "Join Session" button in your BANFFXchange agenda, or via your BANFFXchange calendar) no later than 10 minutes before the first pitching time in the session and should be prepared to stay until the end of the session, in case the last meeting becomes available due to a no-show.
