Speed Meetings are a fantastic opportunity for delegates to meet one-on-one with leading film agents, buyers, producers, distributors and funders. This is your opportunity to connect with partners who can help advance your film project.

Pre-set one-on-one Speed Meeting opportunities are available during the two days of the Film Summit. All meetings are seven minutes long with a three minute transition time between meetings.

Attendees who secured spots in advance need to check-in for the session at least 10 minutes before your meeting start time by clicking the "Join Session" button on the session page in your BANFFXchange agenda, or via your BANFFXchange calendar. If you’re late, your spot will be given away to an attendee on standby.

Attendees who signed up for standby should check in at the session room (Zoom link in the "Join Session" button in your BANFFXchange agenda, or via your BANFFXchange calendar) no later than 10 minutes before the first pitching time in the session and should be prepared to stay until the end of the session, in case the last meeting becomes available due to a no-show.
