Speaker Lauren MacKinlay
Lauren MacKinlay is an award-winning producer based in Toronto, Ontario. Currently, she is a Creative Producer with Neshama Entertainment, working across scripted development in Canada, the United States and internationally. She recently served as an Executive Producer on Neshama’s new one-hour drama The Way Home (Hallmark), which was a ratings success, reaching 6.8 million viewers and concluding as the #1 most watched program on entertainment cable in the United States. Previous credits include Transplant (CTV/NBC), Bad Blood (Netflix), 19–2 (CTV), and This Life (CBC). She was nominated for a 2017 Canadian Screen Award and in September 2022, she was one of ten women named on the Canadian Power List of Women in Film.
